Description General

In the Var in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer (20 km of Toulon and 40 km of Marseilles), villa of 180 m ² made up of 5 rooms and a living room with splendid sight on the sea in a private and closed field (with guards) more than 150 houses, with three tennis court, a swimming pool (25x12 m), an access to the creek (approximately 300 m) and a miniature golf.

The village of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer is located at 4 km of the field (approximately 10 minutes). Small trade, supermarket and market.

Possibility of rent a boat to the port of Lecques (10 minutes of the field) to visit creeks of Cassis.

The golf of 18 holes of Bandol is at 10 minutes to drive.
